In their words

The families who already have their keys

We ask every buyer the same question after handover: did we do what we said we would do? These are the answers, unedited.

Testimonials

Reviews from Savar households

They walked us through every document before we paid a single taka. The flat was handed over in the month they promised.

Apartment owner, Savar DOHS

Type B — 2,700 sq ft

We looked at nine buildings in Savar. This was the only team that showed us the approved plan without being asked twice.

Buyer, Dhaka

Type A — 1,350 sq ft

My family wanted parking, a lift and a generator that actually runs. We got all three, and a rooftop the children use daily.

How we collect these

Reviews we did not write ourselves

Asked after handover

We request feedback once the family has lived in the flat for at least three months.

Named, not anonymous

Every review carries a real name and the flat type, with the owner's consent.

Reference calls allowed

Serious buyers may speak to an existing owner directly, without us on the line.

Fair questions

What if something went wrong?

Has a handover ever been late?+

Yes, once, by a monsoon-hit month. Buyers were told in writing before the date passed, not after.

What happens if a defect appears after handover?+

Workmanship issues are repaired under a written defect-liability period agreed at signing.

Can I read a negative review?+

Ask us and we will share the complaint and what we did about it.

Walk the floor before you decide anything

Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. A site engineer walks with you and answers structural questions on the spot.

Talk to one of our residents

We can arrange a phone call with a family already living in one of our buildings. Ask them anything.
