When you register interest, send an enquiry or book a site visit, we collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, and the details you type into the message field.

If you visit our office or a project site, we may record your name and phone number in the visitor register for security purposes.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send floor plans and payment schedules, confirm site visit appointments, and follow up on a purchase, rental or documentation service you asked us about.

We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we never sell or rent your contact details to third parties.

Who can see it

Only the staff handling your file: your named consultant, the legal desk where documentation is involved, and management. Where a bank, lawyer or government office requires your information to complete a transaction, we share only what that step requires, with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Transaction and documentation records are kept as long as Bangladeshi law requires for property records.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct your details, stop contacting you, or delete your enquiry record at any time by writing to our office email. We act on such requests within seven working days.

Website data

This website does not run advertising trackers. Your language preference is stored in your browser only, for the length of your session, so the site opens in the language you chose.
