Title search, soil test and approved plan completed before a single pile goes in.
Graded rod, tested concrete and third-party cube tests recorded floor by floor.
Tiles, joinery, sanitary and electrical fitted to the written specification sheet.
Snag list closed with the owner present, then keys and the full document set.

Yes. With a helmet and an engineer beside you, on any working day.
There is room on payment terms more often than on the rate. We will tell you plainly which.
Registration cost, utility connection and any custom interior work — all listed in writing.
Non-structural changes are possible if requested before the finishing stage begins.
Site visit
Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm. A site engineer walks with you and answers structural questions on the spot.
